Is three months enough for GAMSAT?

There is no real perfect preparation time GAMSAT as the exam is by its nature open ended. How long you need for preparation will obviously depend on your background and your strengths and weaknesses.
For those from an arts or humanities background at least 3 months of preparation for Section 3 is really recommended, focus not just on content but on problem solving in unfamiliar situations. For those with a strong science background try to focus more on reading and verbal reasoning as this is assessed on Section 1 and Section 2. Try to write brief essays each week to improve your written communication.
